Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Saluvia website and the facilitation service we provide ("Saluvia", "we", "us"). By submitting the assessment form or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Saluvia is a healthcare facilitation and coordination service. We help patients in Europe connect with our partner hospitals in Turkey — American Hospital (Istanbul), Koç University Hospital (Istanbul), and Antalya Amerikan Hospital (Antalya), part of the Koç Healthcare network — and we act as the coordination point between you and the hospital's international patient team.
When you submit an enquiry, we prepare and forward a referral to the appropriate partner hospital so their team can assess your request and prepare a treatment plan and cost estimate. Any medical care is provided under a direct agreement between you and the hospital; Saluvia is not a party to that agreement and carries no medical responsibility for it.
Communication with you is handled by email, in English. We do not conduct medical consultations by phone.
Our facilitation service is free to you. You pay the hospital directly for treatment, at the same price as if you had approached the hospital yourself; Saluvia is compensated by the hospital, not by you.
We facilitate access and coordinate communication; we cannot and do not guarantee any medical outcome, a specific treatment, a price, a timeframe, or that the hospital will accept your case. Waiting-time comparisons and similar information are provided for general guidance and may change.
We handle your personal data — including health-related information — as described in our Privacy Policy, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Saluvia is not liable for the medical assessment, treatment, acts, or omissions of the partner hospitals or their staff, nor for travel arrangements you make. Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you are unhappy with our service, contact us at info@saluviaglobal.com and we will acknowledge your complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period. Complaints about medical care itself should be raised with the treating hospital; we will help you direct them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. For any question, contact info@saluviaglobal.com.
